Your main tasks are:
- First contact person and “first level support” for all EDP concerns
- Recording of “service tickets” and maintenance of the user help desk
- Set up of workstations
- Participation in EDP trainings
- Support in the administration of the server environment
- Administration of clients
- Creation and validation of backups
- Participation in the planning and control of the backup concept
- Support for the ERP system
- Support in the development and adaptation of all reports
- Creation of evaluations (Business Intelligence)
- Planning of the connection of new EDI partners
- Installation, configuration, integration and support of Windows clients
- Installation, configuration, integration and support of MACs
- Support of the telephone system
- Software maintenance (installation of updates)
- Administration of mobile devices
- Duty to cooperate in the observance of all data protection guidelines
- Project work
- Maintenance of “IT” knowledge management
