Transport Coordinator (Logistics Monitoring) (m/f/d)

As a Transport Coordinator, you will manage and monitor the transportation process for international shipments. Your primary responsibility is to ensure on-time deliveries, track and trace shipments, and act as a communication bridge between carriers, suppliers, and our internal team in Cologne.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage shipment schedules with carriers and freight forwarders
• Handle delivery notifications and prepare transport-related documentation
• Communicate shipment delays and propose solutions
• Perform track & trace activities using logistics platforms
• Maintain status reports and update internal teams regularly
• Support in claims and incident handling (damages, delays)

Requirements
• Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience: 1–3 years in freight forwarding, transportation, or SCM
• Skills:
o Knowledge of international shipping processes and Incoterms
o Familiarity with logistics tracking and ERP-systems (SAP)
o Strong English skills (B2+), Polish or Vietnamese is a plus
• Mindset: Organized, solution-oriented, able to work under time pressure
