YOUR MISSION
§ You will be responsible for all financial matters in the area of accounts receivables, inventory and cash management.
§ Issuing invoices to our international DQS offices and partners will be the key part of your job.
§ You will schedule and execute national and international payment runs within our ERP system and banking software and ensure our vendors are paid on time.
§ The month end reconciliations and bookings in the area of accounts receivables (German GAAP / HGB) will be in your area including accruals.
§ Continuous improvement is one of our key missions that you will jointly tackle with colleagues from Controlling, IT and accounting of our subsidiaries.
YOUR PROFILE
§ You have studied accounting / business administration or have worked in accounting for more than four years and know German GAAP and/or IFRS.
§ A high level of structure, focus on details and the ability to prioritize enables you to reach your goals.
§ Numbers are your passion and you easily adapt to new systems and processes.
§ Ideally, you speak German and/or English, are proficient in Excel and have experience with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365.
§ You have a sense of humor, strong communication skills and like to work with many people from various nationalities.
